Turkey Chili

Preparation
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook turkey and onion in oil for 5 minutes, breaking the Turkey into small pieces with a wooden spoon or spatula. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add remaining ingredients except beans and simmer one hour. Add beans and simmer for 15 minutes before serving.

* The amount of water can be thinner or thicker chili, if desired, be adjusted.
