French Chicken sauteed in white wine sauce

This not-French recipe is a distant cousin in a dish called Vitello Francese sauteed Italian beef, which is similar to those used in the sauce of France, used. The recipe came to New York with the first wave of Italian-American immigrants, and became known as "French calf." Finally, the recipe to Rochester, large Italian-American community moved to New York, where the chicken is replaced by the most expensive calf.

Ingredients:

  • For chicken:
  • 1 1/2 pounds are comminuted boneless, skinless chicken, cut in quarters or thick peices
  • 4 eggs plus 2 tablespoons milk, smoothies

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

Season chicken on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in a baking dish and mix well.   • 1 head cauliflower, washed, cored, cut into 2-inch pieces

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a bowl, combine butter and spices, and stir whisk until smooth. Add cauliflower and with a spatula completely coated with butter / spices. Uniform covered on a baking sheet and roast for 35-45 minutes, or until the stems are tender and edges are browned. Serve hot or warm.

Preparation:

  1. Combine pumpkin seeds, parmesan cheese and garlic in a food processor. Pulse on and off for about 20 seconds until the seeds are almost floor. Add basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and pulse on and off for about 40 seconds until all ingredients (you can remove the sides with a spatula between pulses). The mixture should be more like a paste in a liquid sauce, so be careful not to over process.
  2. A bowl, taste and adjust seasoning with salt. Make sure to try and pumpkin seeds was perhaps have the amount of salt when they were fried. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to two days.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 rib of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Half cup finely chopped green onions (scallions)
  • Third cup of milk
  • Third cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound pork
  • 2 eggs beaten,
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Clear
  • For the glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon molasses dark
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  1. In a large skillet, cook the onions, garlic, celery, green onions and butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft. From take cooker, mix the salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and milk and allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, combine meat, vegetables, eggs and bread crumbs. A Form of bread, 4 inches tall, and place in a baking dish. Mix molasses, brown sugar, tomato sauce in a small bowl and spread evenly over the meatloaf. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
