Hot Spinach and Artichoke is always a ...

This great recipe spinach artichoke comes from Kevin of Closet Cooking blog. Convenient spinach and artichokes, as well as the fact that it is a fan favorite, how easy it is to do. Stirring, cook until golden brown and a bubbly serve with your favorite bread and pastries.

Approximately 24 servings of spinach and artichoke hot action

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Half package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • Half a cup of sour cream
  • A quarter cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • Half teaspoon hot sauce
  • Fourth cup Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan domestic
  • A quarter cup of grated mozzarella,

Preparation:

Mix and pour into a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F until bubbling and golden on, oven about 30 minutes.
