Easily dressed Maine Lobster Rolls with ...

Less is more when it comes to lobster rolls. Fresh, cold Chucks, sweet Maine lobster and very light dressing with mayonnaise, sausages made on a toasted hot dog bun. I'll add a touch of fresh tarragon, which really brings out the sweetness of the lobster.

This sandwich is really one of life's simple pleasures. Although not a cheap snack to assemble, once you've called the incredible contrast between the bread, butter and cold this taste, fresh lobster salad, you will find that it really was worth it!

Makes 4 rolls

Preparation time: 15 minutes

5 minutes Cooking time

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of cold lobster meat fresh steamed lobster (about 2 large lobsters, 1 3/4 pounds per), cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 large hot dog

Preparation:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the lobster meat and stir gently with a spatula. Do not crush the lobster. Want beautiful, the set pieces.
  2. Butter inside of hot dog buns and toast on the grill or in a pan, brown. Fill with lobster salad and serve immediately.
