Jazz Up Jiffy cornbread with some quick tips

If you need a quick solution cornbread, corn Jiffy Muffin Mix. Better yet, some already in the wardrobe in question. Jiffy is the best store bought corn bread on the market, IMHO.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream style corn
  • Corn Muffin Mix 1 (8.5 oz) Jiffy
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

1 Preheat oven to 350 °.
