Preparation:
Show chicken wings in a large bowl and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to coat in hot sauce and vegetable oil and a pair of pliers. Flour in a large plastic bag, add the wings and shake vigorously. Chicken wings should be very lightly dusted with flour.
