& Quot; The Best & quot; Barbecue Chicken Recipe

This technique BBQ chicken makes it a very juicy bird with a delicious thick glaze barbecue sauce, without the dreaded burnt skin. Since the chicken fried almost to the end with the skin side up in the grill, the sauce on the surface without being cooked burnt by the flames of the grill.
