5 minutes fresh, homemade roasted garlic

Roast whole garlic bulbs is a simple and delicious method and cloves, sweet sweet can be used in many ways. Roasted garlic cloves are an excellent accompaniment to a main dish such as fried chicken, and can also be chopped and added to salad dressings and sauces.

The classic way to just enjoy this caramelized teeth on crusty bread with a pinch of salt, and eat as is.

6 whole roasted garlic cloves

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 50 minutes

Total time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cloves of garlic, whole (as close to the same size as possible)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • thwart necessary

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Rotate the whole head of garlic on the side, and with a sharp knife, cut the top 1/3rd of the lamp. Make sure the top (pointed end) cut, and not the bottom (flat end of the root).

Place each set of garlic on a piece of paper, 8 inches square, cut above. Pour sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil on the cut surface, and season with salt. Develop sheet and wrap to seal Garlic (bulbs look when wrapped chocolate kisses).

In a baking dish and bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on size, until the garlic soft and golden. Remove foil and serve. Pods pressing suitable paper appearing skin.
